what we do

Summit West Real Estate is focused on identifying investment opportunities that are mispriced, under-managed, or where we can add unique additional value that prior ownership could or would not. We pride ourselves on adding efficiencies through operating and capital improvements to positively impact both our tenants and investors alike.

We are predominantly focused on direct investments to acquire, re-position and operate multi-family and mixed use properties in the Western US, though we frequently invest with third-party operators in limited partner or co-general partner positions when unique opportunities present themselves.

In our direct investments, we seek to make long-term oriented decisions to increase the potential for our investment decisions to compound meaningfully based on our superior asset and project management capabilities.
